A five year, £2.2million added value business‑led plan to drive transformational change across Ellesmere Port’s industrial estates and business parks.
Led by the private sector, and developed in partnership with key public‑sector organisations, our draft proposal for a Business Improvement District has three objectives:
- To build a connected business community that speaks with one clear voice.
- To create a cleaner, greener, and more sustainable environment for businesses.
- To ensure a safer and more secure location for businesses and their employees.

Image and signage enhancements
Lobbying for better transport links and improved highways whilst tackling flooding risks
A new and improved approach to tackling business crime and fly tipping
A stronger voice for businesses

Local Business Leadership and Influence
This draft proposal is based upon consultation work undertaken in 2025 with nearly 100 businesses and has been developed with companies across Ellesmere Port including Brimoto, Canal and Rivers Trust, Cybrand, D&P Coating, Dieblast, EET Fuels, Formula International, IDM Engineering, Parkers Travel, Beaufort Group (Survitec), TT Training and UIL Blending.
